*General Secretary Orlando Tabotabo of GAPCP Signs Historic MOU with Sung Kwang Wave of Joy, INC.*

Trece Martirez, Cavite May 1, 2024 — In a momentous event, the General Secretary of the *General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of the Philippines (GAPCP)*, *Orlando Tabotabo*, signed a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with *Sung Kwang Wave of Joy, INC.* The signing ceremony took place in the presence of both parties and marks a significant step toward collaboration and shared purpose.

*Key Highlights:*

– The MOU establishes a framework for cooperation between GAPCP and Sung Kwang Wave of Joy, INC.

– *Rev. Kim Dong Woon* and *Rev. Moon Sang Hoon*, chairs of Sung Kwang Wave of Joy, INC., were present during the signing.

– The agreement entrusts the *Suncheon Sung Kwang Church* and the *Sung Kwang Global Christian Leadership Academy* to the supervision and use of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of the Philippines.

“After the final signing on May 23 in Manila, all members of the Board of Trustees (BOT) will tender their resignations. Subsequently, we will coordinate with our trusted ministers from GAPCP to facilitate the submission of updates to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to reflect the new BOT composition.” According to the General Secretary Orlando Tabotabo
