In a poignant demonstration of solidarity and compassion, the Diaconal Committee of the General Assembly of Presbyterian Churches in the Philippines (GAPCP), chaired by Rev. Nelson Dangan, alongside General Secretary Orlando Tabotabo, Treasurer Elder Leonardo Canto, Rev. Elimar Eleazar, and Mission Committee Member Nelson Carillo, recently conducted a heartfelt visitation to the Jesús Lord of Glory Presbyterian Church in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. The primary aim of this visitation was to extend prayers and support to Rev. James Cesar, a beloved member of GAPCP.
During the visit, GAPCP not only fervently prayed for Rev. Cezar’s swift recovery but also provided financial assistance to alleviate the burden of his hospitalization expenses. The Execom and Diaconal Chairman of GAPCP personally conveyed their heartfelt support and well wishes to Rev. Cezar, who had recently emerged triumphant from a period of illness.
In a touching expression of gratitude, Rev. Cezar conveyed his deep appreciation to the denomination for their steadfast support during his time of need. This poignant gesture of solidarity underscores the profound sense of unity and empathy within the GAPCP family, reaffirming their commitment to standing together through both moments of joy and adversity.
